Order Processing Time
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Packaging
To guarantee the utmost freshness and quality of our perishable products: All shipments that include caviar and other perishable goods are shipped exclusively using overnight express options. We partner with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and Purolator. We generally select the courier for your order based on the fastest and most reliable option available for your specific postal destination (delivery address). Your caviar will be meticulously packed in insulated boxes with ample ice packs or gel packs to maintain optimal temperature throughout transit, ensuring it arrives perfectly chilled.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location: For most areas within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), delivery is completed next business day (Monday to Friday). If your order is placed before 11:00 AM EST and you request same-day delivery, we can usually accommodate this. Please contact us immediately after placing your order to confirm availability for same-day delivery. For all destinations outside of the GTA, including other provinces across Canada, deliveries are typically completed within 1-2 business days. Please note that while we strive for these delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods may occasionally impact exact delivery schedules.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for orders under $299 are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the total weight of your order, and the chosen shipping speed. Our system will display the applicable charges before you complete your purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly through the courier's website.

Receiving Your Delivery (Crucial for Perishable Goods)
Given the perishable nature of caviar, prompt receipt and refrigeration are essential: We highly recommend that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. This ensures the caviar is immediately transferred to refrigeration upon arrival, preserving its quality. If no one is available to receive the package, carriers may leave it at your door or in another secure location at their discretion. Please be aware that any instructions regarding delivery (e.g., "leave at door") are made at your own risk. We are not responsible for spoilage or damage to perishable goods due to delayed receipt, incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, or if the delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure accurate delivery details and availability for receipt.

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful: The courier may attempt re-delivery the next business day or may hold the package at a local depot for pick-up. Please refer to the tracking information for specific instructions from the carrier. For perishable items, extended delays in receiving the package due to missed deliveries can compromise the product quality. In such cases, Caviar Centre Inc. cannot be held responsible for spoilage, and additional redelivery fees may apply.

P.O. Box & APO/FPO Addresses
Due to the perishable nature of our products and the requirement for express, temperature-controlled shipping, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses or APO/FPO addresses. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.

Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for all products purchased from Caviar Centre Inc. pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. This means once the package leaves our facility and is in the care of the courier, you assume responsibility for the product.
