Caviar Centre is a licensed seafood importer with the Canadian government. All of our imported caviar are ispected by the relevant Government agencies to secure the quality and originality. The caviar also passes strict and comprehensive food safety tests by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) to ensure that all safety parameters are fully met. Caviar Centre is committed to excellence.
Caviar Centre has participated in dozens of trade shows and specialty food fairs throughout the last 18 years and has been highlighted in several radio and television shows, including CityTv and Women’s Television. Caviar Centre has also been an active supporter of charity organizations and relief efforts. The company has proudly been a contributing vendor in the Toronto Taste for Second Harvest for the past 15 years.
Caviar Centre is committed to the restoration of the world’s sturgeon resources. We purchase caviar only from CITES approved fisheries and producers to ensure that the caviar meets all international requirements and government guidelines. Caviar Centre supports aquaculture Sturgeon farming and works to promote farmed caviar as a sustainable, high-quality, and delicious alternative to the Caspian Sea caviar.
